With regard to Board of Trustees to which,
in pursuance of recommendations of report the ad- ministration of these funds will be entrusted, I have the honour to state that if above proposals recommend (gr.omitted) to British government the Chinese government will in due course appoint members of the said Board after consultation and in agreement with British government.
